What We Offer
The Collective offers a range of ongoing professional cohorts designed to support professionals at every stage of their journey. These networks create space for collaboration, mentorship, and shared learning among educators and engagement leaders.

Early Childhood
Directors Network
Leadership development, workforce strategy, and peer learning for senior educators and directors of Jewish early childhood programs.
Engagement Professionals
Network
Connecting professionals focused on relational engagement and community-building from family education to camp and young adult programming.
Youth Professionals
Network (YPN)
Strengthening youth engagement and elevating the role of professionals working with Jewish teens in camps, synagogues, schools, and community organizations.
